  1. 2007 Broke into heavy civil construction in the field on major NYC-area builds.
  2. 2009 Earned a BE in Mechanical Engineering from The Cooper Union and moved into estimating.
  3. Since 2009 Priced winning bids on landmark bridges, transit hubs, and stadiums totaling more than $2 billion.
  4. 2018 Licensed as a Professional Engineer.
  5. 2023 Promoted to Chief Estimator.
  6. 2026 Promoted to VP of Estimating.
  7. Alongside Built a New Jersey real estate portfolio, now four properties and ten units.
  8. Alongside Opened three Ellie Mental Health clinics and runs them as an owner-operator.
  9. 2025 Went all in on applied AI across estimating, the clinics, and daily operations.

Off the clock
